The clinic is a company that needs marketing
I am Ahmed a dentist and this is my story and why I wanted to join this scholarship
After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, I worked as an employee in several medical centers and in the hospital. At the same time, I was attending a master’s degree. After obtaining a master’s degree, I opened my own clinic.
I am Ahmed, a good doctor in my field. I have a clinic. He holds a bachelor’s degree in dentistry, a master’s in orthodontic surgery, and is preparing to obtain a doctorate.
But the problem is that the number of sick people who visit the clinic is very few and there are large costs for them per month, such as
- The monthly rent
- Salaries of assistants and employees
- Costs of tools needed
And many other costs
The question here is how to overcome this matter and increase the number of visits to the clinic?
The solution is to market the clinic as a business like any commercial activity in the market that needs marketing and attention to customer service
Here are some ideas and suggestions from my experience of marketing for my clinic
- Interest in social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create a website or blog and publish the latest ideas, new innovations, offers, services and advice to patients
- Better customer service by organizing appointments and good, sterile tools
- Marketing by SMS by sending customers offers and discounts, as well as appointments for visits in the name of the clinic
- Interest in marketing via E-mail by sending offers and advice permanently to patients
- Making outdoor ads in the vicinity of the clinic and nearby vital places
All of these things will help the clinic increase visits and, of course, profits
I applied for the grant specifically to help myself and my doctor friends like me to market their clinic
